not the prettiest meal but this morning I made oat eggs! I added half a cooked apple and half a raw apple in mine. 
I can never justify having oats for breakfast because I like to have protein with every meal so this is perfect.

Tabbouleh.okay i’ve been wanting to share this recipe with you guys for ages! its AMAZING.
ingredients:
lemon juice. 
1 tablespoon honey. 
salt and pepper to taste. 
1 fresh pomegranate. 
1 cup fine grit bourghal. 
1 red onion, finely sliced. 
1 cup flat leaf (or continental) parsley. 
1 cup coriander leaves. 
1 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped. 
400g tin chickpeas, drained and ringed. 
directions:
prepare burghul according to instructions. 
remove the seeds of the pomegranate and combine with burghul.
add the onion, parsley, coriander, walnuts and chickpeas. 
dress salad with 1 tbs honey, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste. 
voila! makes a huge amount of tabbouleh (this is just my bowl from dinner) I am so in love with this recipe, it’s so easy and deeeeelicious.please tell me if you guys try it out I’d love to hear what you think of it :)

this morning I had breakfast with my friend Amy. And a little baby I work with. Amy also suffered with eating problems and is probably the only person I can openly talk about that kind of stuff with which is sooo good. not many people can understand even if they think they can. I guess it’s one of those things you can’t ever really know until you’ve been there. being healthy is my favorite

today I’ve had a capsicum and spinach omelette with a little feta on a piece of sour dough toast with mushrooms on the side, a protein shake and a plate of veggies. I don’t know where my appetite has disappeared to because I’m not hungry at all and I’ve done a pump class, ab workout AND gone for a run. good eats, good day. 
oh I also completely went through both my wardrobes!
