not the prettiest meal but this morning I made oat eggs! I added half a cooked apple and half a raw apple in mine.
I can never justify having oats for breakfast because I like to have protein with every meal so this is perfect.
reallllyyy yummy too. gotta admit I didn’t really expect a whole lot

this morning I had breakfast with my friend Amy. And a little baby I work with. Amy also suffered with eating problems and is probably the only person I can openly talk about that kind of stuff with which is sooo good. not many people can understand even if they think they can. I guess it’s one of those things you can’t ever really know until you’ve been there. being healthy is my favorite
today I’ve had a capsicum and spinach omelette with a little feta on a piece of sour dough toast with mushrooms on the side, a protein shake and a plate of veggies. I don’t know where my appetite has disappeared to because I’m not hungry at all and I’ve done a pump class, ab workout AND gone for a run. good eats, good day.
oh I also completely went through both my wardrobes!
Yesterday I went on a date with Josh. I’m not usually the dating type but I had a gooood day. We went to south melbourne for lunch, walked around the markets and then sat at albert park lake for a while
